
Have had a great week training and eating right up to Saturday when my Aunt and Unc came down to stay with us from Wagga NSW, then the partying began. They are such fun to have a drink which can quite easily have too many with them, so yes today Im suffering ; ( but I had fun.
Trained shoulders today with Spe (My new PT, cool name hey) Geez he went like a mad dog on them! my shoulders are quite sore at the moment so good knows what they'll be like in the next 48hrs ....uhhh God please spare me the DOMS. Im working on maintaining and stripping. Im taking a new approach. I wana build my shoulders and expand the back just to balance my physic. Il be posting photos and comparisons, so stay tuned.
Will concentrate on the diet and take the bloat out of the belly.....any ideas on what I should take to do this.....part from plenty of water.
